08:30 Good morning and welcome to day 3 of our coverage of the NSRA Hot Rod Drags from Santa Pod Raceway. The weather is dry with a cloudy sky and temperatures 15C rising to 20C. The wind is again a tailwind of 18-20mph, stronger than yesterday, and air density is 1000ft rising to 1800ft with 66-76 grains of water. Yesterday's programme was completed more or less on time with run what ya brung and invited classes all having generous track time to the 19:30 conclusion. We saw some great runs in all classes. Today we have five rounds of Gasser Circus, four of Outlaw Anglia and three each of Wild Bunch and Supercharged Outlaws, plus more RWYB. Hi to all Eurodragsterholics tuned in. Congratulations to Graham Sykes up at Melbourne Raceway for resetting the track record at 3.902/165 over the eighth on his steam powered bike.
