It was great to see Kev's and Marck's crews kidding about with one another in the pairing lanes before the race.

Kev's 'Bird started to move right towards the eighth and from here it looked as if he feathered the throttle to

Good morning and welcome from Santa Pod Raceway for our coverage of the STP Summernationals brought to you in association
with John Woolfe Racing.
Currently overcast here, I suspect it may burn off once the sun comes up a bit more, a gentle tailwind.
Today's plan is for the usual real-time reports and results and a photo gallery at the end of the day. Your Reporter is
commentating as well as reporting this weekend so the race reports may be a little less detailed but I will do my best. As ever I will
try to update between pairings during Pro Mod. No pit notes this weekend as Simon is away but he will be
back with his notebook at Dragstalgia. Photography this weekend is by Callum and Diana to whom thanks; Julian will be back at Dragstalgia.
