As well as repairing the carbon fibre damage, Pelle visited the US to plan a new 521cu in engine which is now in place. Adjustments once again include adding a third gear and reducing the numerical rear end ratio to 3.89 for more mph. Electronic traction control is used, but it is set before the run and is 'not self learning'. What times would it do if it was?
