18:55 Julian Webb followed the Showtime FC with a 6.8277/233.68 in the Split Second Jet FC. Next up was Martin Hill with a fantastic pass in the Fireforce 3 Jet FC, 5.9951 at a huge 271.40, excellent! 18:40 Tyres up in smoke at the hit for John Spuffard in the Showtime Fuel Funny Car. The car drifted left as the tyres smoked and then turned hard right although Spuff was off the gas at that point. 1.4254 to sixty, long pedal and then squeezed the throttle open in the second half, 11.1388/100.09. 18:10 Outlaw Flat Four qualifying after session 3 Improvement for James Wotton even with a hop skip and jump off the start line which lost him a fair bit of time so plenty more to come there.

16:25 Exhibition session 1 Super Modified running exhibition this weekend as two of the three racers have cancelled, Rob Elsom the last man standing followed VW Pro and smashed his Personal Best into next week with an 8.0380/172.38. Well done Rob, Sharon and the team! Harry Gibson next up in the Santa Pod Junior Funny Car, 8.6193/77.35. Wayne Allman followed in his wild blown-alcohol VW split window pick-up, this run scheduled for a half pass. Nice pass, 1.3760 to sixty, 3.4484 to 330 feet and off the throttle just before the eighth and chutes out. 11.8624/49.92 at the stripe. Next up was Andy Raw in his VW Beetle Funny Car. Great to see Andy back after his accident last year. Great run! 8.3071/136.17, looked from here as if something broke at about 1000 feet as the car started making hard moves left and right. The Webster Race Engineering / Nimbus Motorsport webcam on-line and broadcasting live video and track commentary / Nitro FM stream as long as the track is open. He is currently working on a second set which we will post as soon as possible - as you may have heard Your Reporter is also commentating so it's a case of finding the time. Amongst the highlights of this morning's Run What You Brung were a 7.905/170.46 by Outlaw Anglia racer Colin Millar, an 8.461/167.93 by Topspeed Automotive Street Eliminator racer Stuart Williams, and an 8.6375/158.00 by Topspeed Automotive Street Eliminator racer Mats Andersson. Eric Teboul unsurprisingly holds Low ET so far with a 5.579/216.90 on his Rocket Bike, followed by Martin Hill with a 5.963/260.45 in the Fireforce 3 Jet FC and Julian Webb with a 6.837/230.09 in the Split Second Jet Dragster.
