Just before we close, as promised we had a word with Chief Timekeeper Steve Horn and the Super Street Bike race between Mick Templeman and Chris Reed in round two of Super Street Bike eliminations was decided by 0.000027 seconds, or 0.088 of an inch! That is the end of our coverage of the Extreme Performance Bike Weekend and indeed the end of our live race reports for this season. We are not entirely done with event coverage for 2009, though, as we will be broadcasting the Webster Race Engineering/Lex Joon Racing USA Tour 2009 webcam and posting an end-day gallery from the Flame and Thunder Show here at Santa Pod Raceway on 31st October, and Peter will be providing us with a post-event gallery from the Halloween Bonfire Burn-Up at Shakespeare County Raceway that same weekend. Simon tells us that Graham Balchin could be Champion if he wins the event and sets Low ET or High Speed. Elsewise it's Richard Stubbins... ...and Graham Balchin goes out this round so that'll be Richard's Championship, subject to official confirmation. Congratulations Richard! Win margin of 0.0000 came up on the timing console in the race between Mick Templeman and Chris Reed. We'll have a word with our buddies on the timing crew to get an extended timing slip to see what it was to eight decimal places, but what is certain is that it was less than 0.33 inches.
