15:35
The light rain got harder and harder and the rain radar shows no let-up so Race Director Darren Prentice has called
a halt for today.
Simon and Roger are still out in the pits getting notes so there will be more from us later on, stay tuned.
15:00
This really is not fair, light rain has started again. Simon and Roger have returned to the pits to get some more notes.
14:20
Simon has posted today's first tranche of pit notes, which you can view via the event index page.

The timing crew are checking the roll-out on the start line on a dry track whilst the track crew still work on the
shutdown area. The track has yet to be sledded and sprayed but we're not too far off.
12:45
The track crew have started prep work on the first 330 feet of the track, whilst the shutdown area is being
dried.
In the meantime the Showtime Fuel FC team have unveiled the new colour scheme on the new Mustang
body and you can check that out on the team's web site at
www.showtimeracinguk.com.
12:00
The rain has stopped and it is brightening up slowly but surely. The track is still very damp but the track crew have
already removed the worst of the standing water. We're a way off yet but it's looking promising. Stay tuned.

Good morning and welcome from Santa Pod Raceway for our coverage of the 2009 Auto Trader Easter Thunderball in
association with American Car Imports.
The Webster Race
Engineering/Lex Joon Racing USA Tour 2009 webcam
is on-line and is posting a picture every sixty seconds.
As you have probably seen from the webcam we have had some more rain overnight. Right now it is drizzling some
but the track crew are out working hard and have been since before 6:00. The forecast is for an improvement today,
so we should be racing later, and then tomorrow and Monday are, I'm told, just fine.
Stay tuned and as soon as there are any developments we'll let you know.
