Andy Carter had the Lucas Oil show dragster on display.

We're not entirely sure who this pulchritudinous lady is but she's probably one of those girls famous for showing her knickers in public.

Sportsman ET racer Nigel Holland gave several passenger rides including the first of Tog's three rides.

Eurodragster.com sponsor Dan Larsen again hazed the tyres in the second half of the track in the Boxter Top Methanol FC.

Örjan Gustavsson's second pass on his Pro Stock Bike was a 7.609/170.24.

Pro ET racer Mike Lacey is a regular provider of passenger rides at Press Days here at Santa Pod.

When Super Pro ET racer Barry Giles made his first pass today, Tog predicted a 7.73 and Spencer Tramm predicted a 7.74. It was a 7.739/170.47.

The Morrice Boys have done a lot of good work for Diabetes UK this season, good on you Collin and Stuart.

Sandra Chaplain is headed for Top Fuel Bike this weekend and her first pass today was 8.423/159.63.

Junior Dragster racers, like Zak Johnson here, are allowed time off school to represent their country in International competition, which the FIA European Finals most certainly is.

Annalieze Gibb put in a pass in the Licensed Adolescense Junior Dragster...

...then mum Sandie made a pass in the family's Lil Ole 38. Sandie gleefully told us that she went quicker than husband Andrew.

Sportsman ET racer Ian Jackson took his wife Carol for a passenger ride, luckily she was petite enough to fit into Tog's borrowed firesuit (not whilst he was wearing it you understand).

Super Street racer Nick Griffin is another who regularly turns out to give passenger rides at Press Days.

Joint Eurodragster.com webcam sponsor Jon Webster made several seven-second passes in Santa Pod's Two Seat Dragster.

Martin Hill's flame and thunder show was as ever storming and then he put in a 6.116/271.13 in the Fireforce 3.

Street Eliminator racer Jason Weir is running in Comp Eliminator this weekend; his last run today was a 9.101/148.86.

Super Comp racer Andy Williams clocked 8.918/156.75 on his last but one pass.

It's great to see Nick Curtis back in the Team Lawbreakers Chevy. The big twisting launches are absent...so far.

Super Comp racer Phil Bennett ran a couple of low nines.

Andy Frost ran an 8.0 with a passenger in his Street Eliminator Vauxhall Victor.

Dan Giles' Gold RV Junior Dragster laid rubber across the gold dust track prep.

Roger Johansson now sporting Top Fuel slicks on his Pro Mod was going so far and then hitting shake.

Ray White put in a single chekout pass in his Pro Mod and the changes to the fuel system seem to have changed the engine note.

Stuart Doignie's very clean Super Gas BMW attracted a lot of attention from the media.

Colin Roaf and his daughter Grace are huge Eurodragster.com fans and Colin went for a 10.2-second passenger ride with Carla Pittau in the Heaven & Hell Pro ET Camaro.

Anders Larsson clocked 7.460/176.52 on his Pro Stock Bike.

Tog's second passenger ride of the day was in Chris Orthodoxou's Super Pro ET Dodge Viper and it was an 8.072/165.25.

Luigi Chinarello backed off early on both of his passes on his Pro Stock Bike.

Eero Knihtilä made his intentions clear with an off-the-trailer and very early shut off 6.982/170.98 in his Pro Stock.

Pro Mod racer Ian Bishop took MSA Championship PR Robin Jackson for mid seven second passenger ride.

Tog spent his third passenger ride of the day holding on to Anders Envall's laptop computer as Bostic was trying to track a niggling problem with his Pro ET Impala.

Leif Andréasson's Top Methanol FC hit shake on this pass and he backed off to a high seven.

Outgoing FIA Pro Mod Champion Urban Johansson was also hitting shake on his passes today.

Same story for fellow Pro Mod racer Patrick Wikström.

Gordon Appleton gave the quickest passenger ride of the day with a 6.719/216.52.
