The rain returned and the top end of the track has become misty as it intensifies. We have been called for the day and will post a running order for tomorrow when it is received.
Kieran has been walking the pits with his camera and will post a gallery of his photos later.

Track drying is progressing, and the rain has stopped although there is still some dampness in the air. Stay tuned.

Welcome to day 1 of our coverage of the Summit Racing Equipment Internationals from Tierp Arena where your editor and Kieran are now located to bring you coverage of the event.
Yesterday was windy but mainly dry as we arrived at the track. However the rain came overnight and has continued into the morning but has got lighter. Once the rain stops the track crew will be out drying the surface, but that could be later in the day. We will keep you informed.
For the record, the temperature is 12C and wind has slowed to 9mph from the southeast. Density altitude is 450ft-800ft forecast with 60-70 grains of water, this information courtesy of airdensityonline.com.
