Drama for Rick McCann as the Camaro went most of the way to vertical on launch, then twisted in mid-air so that it was up on its rear left wheel, then crossed lanes before landing. Rick kept it away from the guardrail and then drove the car down the track so hopefully that means no damage.

Amanda Sjöström-Andersson up from #12 to #3 second pair. Jennifer Östergren next up the ladder, #18 to #3 two pairs later. Next time we see the Juniors they will be in their first round of eliminations.

Super Street qualifying session 4

Excellent photo opportunity in the first pair, Marie Wallin and Lina Braathen with a '55 Chevy pairing both of which could qualify for Best Appearing Car. No changes to their qualifying standings. Jan Jonsson up from #10 to #9 in the third pair. Improvement for Tomas Hägg, 10.9188, stayed in second. Our good buddy and track announcer Christer Abrahamson tells us that this is #1 qualifier Marie Wallin's second race. Eight of fifteen in the 10.9s and into eliminations next time we see them.

Super Gas qualifying session 4

Final qualifier for Super Gas also. Christer Uhlin up from #7 to #4 first pair. That lasted one pair As Gideon Liljegren took over #4 alongside Olav Skjervø who stayed in place. A number of breakouts in this session.

Super Gas Bike qualifying session 3

Last qualifying session. Wild ride for Risto Torniainen in the first pair, gave it up after four big wheelies and probably going straight for the icebox back in the pits. Emil Östlund up from #12 to #3 next pair. 9.2912 breakout for Ulf Fridolfsson to close the session

Super Comp Bike qualifying session 3

Only Bert Nilsen turned out for this session, breakout 8.4761. That's SCB done for today, with only three bikes qualified their eliminations will be tomorrow.

Super Street Bike qualifying session 3

Mogens Lund up into #1 in the fourth pair with a 7.6573. Next pair and Per Emborg went into the sevens and up to #5. Next pair and Björn Fritröm took his number one spot back with a 7.5142. That's qualifying done for SSB.
