SIGNING ON AND SCRUTINEERING
ORDER

From 16.30hrs: Scrutineering open for bikes, no specific order. Please present your bike to the Scrutineer
situated at the SCRUTINEERING COMPOUND AT THE TOP END OF THE PITS. If you are at the track on Thursday evening
please try and get signed on first and then scrutineered.

Please
do not attempt to get your bike scrutineered before your allotted time (on Friday)
or you will be sent back to the pits and you will have to represent your bike
at the correct scrutineering time.
Please
do not attempt to leave any tow bikes or ride through the scrutineering
weighing area or your tow bike will be impounded for the duration of the race
event.
SIGNING
ON
Signing on for riders will take place at the
bottom of Race Control. You must sign on
FIRST and then get scrutineered. At
Signing On you will require your Race Entry Acceptance note, Competition
Licence and an ACU Affiliated Club Membership card needs to be produced to sign
on. Foreign
nationals have to produce starting permission from their own FMN.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CREW SIGNING ON WILL CLOSE AT 11.00 AM ON SUNDAY, 30th
March 2018.
SCRUTINEERING
Scrutineering
for ALL BIKES will take place at the scrutineering compound located at the top
end of the pits. You must present your Race Acceptance ticket
duly stamped to show that you have signed on and full protective clothing.
Any machines which leave the race track
during the course of the event must be re-presented to the Scrutineer.
If you break and are unable to get to
scrutineering, please let the Scrutineer know.
